PLACES AND DEADLINES FOR SHIPPING
Products that want to be acquired through this website can only be sent to Spain and some countries that will appear when placing your order.
Shipments will be delivered within 24 hours, or exceptionally within 48 hour depending on the destination area, inside of the Iberian Peninsula. In addition, shipments outside that territory will be delivered in 2 to 3 days to Balearic Islands, in 3 to 4 days to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Western Europe, EE.UU. and Canada, and in 5 to 6 days to Eastern Europe. These estimations are applicable, provided that the order is made before 3pm of the previous day.
In case of bank transfers, shipments will be delivered after payment validation.
In orders that consist of various products, it could be possible that you receive your order in several shipments, always as soon as possible. You can check shipments date on your order section.
All Products are shipped from our warehouses located in Alicante (Spain) and returns must be made to this same place.

Although our goal is to deliver within the aforementioned deadlines, these delivery times are not guaranteed since shipments are managed by third parties.
Order delivery times are established as a mere guidance and do not contemplate the potential delays arising from the authorization process of the payment.
Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of kZoomi.
kZoomi will not be able to change the shipping address in the purchase once the order has already been placed.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the type of shipment and destination:
Order over 60 € in Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands: Free
Purchase lower than 60 € in the Iberian Peninsula: 7.95 €
Purchase lower than 60 € in Balearic Islands: 14 €
Occasionally, we may make promotions related to shipping costs for limited periods of time.
TAXES AND FEES
Taxes and fees of the purchased items will be calculated according to the destination of the shipment, and these charges will be broken down into the payment page and the confirmation order.
TREATMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
With the intention of offering the best service to our customers, KZOOMI S.L. offers the possibility of returning orders without any cost for defective products, they have the possibility to contact KZOOMI S.L. by writing an email to INFO@KZOOMI.ES within the next 30 business days after receiving the product, so kZoomi can handle the customer's request.
Once the case has been studied by kZoomi, if the return request from the client is accepted, an email will be sent with the instructions to make the return shipment (without any cost from the client’s part) to the offices of KZOOMI S.L. In these instructions, the costumer will be informed about the order and the return number of the shipment as to be able to follow up on both sides.
Returns without objective reasons and changes in product’s models are not allowed. Although KZOOMI S.L. reserves the right to accept returns if it deems it appropriate, the expenses incurred by this change will be the responsibility of the client, who will have the obligation to pay it before the change is made.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
You must contact INFO@KZOOMI.ES in order to obtain the return number of the purchase and to inform about the articles that you wish to return.
Products must be returned in the same condition as they have been received. They must not be damaged or used.
Products will be returned in their original packaging.
Products of the same order must be returned in a single shipment, in no case, kZoomi will accept returns of the same order separately.
