WHAT IS OUR WARRANTY POLICY?
One of our main objectives is to avoid returns because of warranty problems. For this reason, we try to provide solutions as soon as possible, always fulfilling brand conditions. If you would like to get more information about it, we explain our warranty policy here:
kZoomi will not accept damages or faults due to misuse: incorrect application or manipulation, inadequate use or maintenance of the product, mistreatment or negligence, alteration of the product without brand’s authorization.
Products must always be installed, used and repaired according to manufacturer’s instructions. Otherwise, products could be damaged, losing their warranty.
kZoomi does not cover normal wear and tear of its products. Wet clothes, products which give off bad odour and articles that cause physical discomfort will not be accepted.
Damages caused by external factors will not be taken into account: friction, sharp objects, chemical products, environment conditions, etc.
After the initial 15-day time period, kZoomi reserves the right to repair or replace any faulty component covered by this warranty.
The warranty duration on any repaired or replaced product will be that portion of the warranty period remaining on your original product.
HOW CAN I MANAGE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
All products purchased in kZoomi are covered by its warranty, which covers fabrication and labour faults. If you consider that your product has any faults, we recommend you following the next steps:
- Order number.
- Brief description of the inconvenience.
- Picture of the product’s fault.
2 - We will manage the warranty claim and inform you about the situation as soon as possible, indicating the process to follow.
3 - If the request is approved, we will send you the label via email so the return will be free of charge. We will also inform you about the nearest place where you can leave the package. We will assume costs, provided that it is a trouble covered by our warranty.
4 - Once the claim is accepted, we will deliver to you a new or repaired product free of charge. Waiting time depends on the issue. The decision of repair or replacement also depends on the issue.
If the application is accepted, we will assume shipment costs. We reserve the right to reject any request in case the returned product has not arrived in the conditions stipulated in our warranty policy.
HOW MUCH TIME CAN IT TAKE UNTIL I HAVE A SOLUTION?
We work constantly to resolve claims and understand that you want to enjoy the product as soon as possible. If we can solve the problem by ourselves, we will do it immediately. However, in most cases, it would be necessary to return the product for a full review before the repair or replacement can be made.
Please, be patient. Getting a quick and satisfactory solution in each instance is our ultimate goal.
