When will I receive my order?
To know the state of your order, go to My Account > My Orders > and click on Track Order: there you will find the estimated shipment date.
If your order is already being shipped, you have the opportunity to directly contact the transportation company to get more information about your order. Expedition data will be available on the email that kZoomi will send you once the order leaves the warehouse. You can also call our customer service phone number.

Shipping fees
Orders below 60€ have a 7,95€ shipping fee for Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands, and 31,95€ shipping cost for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping for all orders over 60€ will be free, inside of Spanish territory and Balearic Islands.
Home deliveries are made by transportation companies. In case the shipment address or the phone number are not correct, you should inform us as soon as possible, since any wrong data will delay the shipment.
Once you receive your order, it is very important for you to check that the packaging and products are in perfect condition. If you find any incidences, you must write them down on the delivery note and communicate them to us within 24 hours after being shipped, because kZoomi has to inform the transportation company and claim damages. Otherwise, kZoomi will not be responsible for any damage caused.
Shipping dates
Shipments will be delivered within 24 hours, or exceptionally within 48 hour depending on the destination area, inside of the Iberian Peninsula. In addition, shipments outside that territory will be delivered in 2 to 3 days to Balearic Islands, in 3 to 4 days to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Western Europe, USA and Canada, and in 5 to 6 days to Eastern Europe. These estimations are applicable, provided that the order is made before 3pm of the previous day.
In case of bank transfers, shipments will be delivered after payment validation.
In orders that consist of various products, it could be possible that you receive your order in several shipments, always as soon as possible. You can check shipping dates on your order section.

Change order
Your order can be changed as long as it has not already been processed. Only when it is under “Purchase Completed” status. This is due to the fact that making changes at the logistic center could affect the operational capacity of order preparation.
Coupons and promo codes
Discount coupons and codes are only valid for the products or ranges indicated on the same codes. Coupons can only be used once and are not cumulative to other offers or discounts.
